I never thought I’d EVER consider buying rubber shoes, but here I am finding myself totally in love with these salmon rubber wedges courtesy of Melissa Shoes who’s specialized in creating rubber footwear and who also designed the footwear range for Vivienne Westwood. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. $99. Only limited sizes left.

Cheryl Cole was the first to wear this cute salmon Matthew Williamson Spring 2009 strapless dress to a show of X-Factor back in November 2008. Cheryl wore the dress which had embellished pockets on the front with a slim belt like it was presented on the runway and a pair of hot pink pumps.
Zoë Kravitz wore the same dress with a colorful beaded jacket from the same collection, beige heels and sans belt to the MoMa Film Gala honoring Baz Luhrmann one week later.
Eva Longoria was the last to join the row by wearing it to a benefit event in Miami last week. Eva also opted out of wearing the pink belt and instead finished off her look with a pair of gold Christian Louboutin “Hyper Privé” Peep-toe Pumps.
All three carry off the dress well, but I prefer it most on Eva. The dress fits her petite frame best and her Louboutins compliment her dress instead of taking away from it (like Cheryl’s pink pumps). Plus, Eva’s hairstyle allows to see the neckline of the dress which cost Zoë major points for me.
