Perfection! Kate Bosworth hosted a private dinner party for the Rodarte sisters, Laura and Kate Mulleavy, which took place at Harvey Nichols in London yesterday. The actress looked breathtakingly beautiful in a nude creation from the Spring 2009 collection. The dress had a pleated leather skirt, a sheer knit bodice and separate sleeves. Her soft makeup and the matching accessories were the icing on the cake.
I’ve always had a soft spot for Kate and the Rodarte girls. Seeing them together so perfectly combined makes me swoon!

Emma Watson was just as stunning in her own Rodarte number which was a black and blue draped dress also the Spring 2009 collection. I just wished she would’ve worn the kickass Nicholas Kirkwood runway heels as I think they would’ve worked better than her two-tone Chanel Spring 2009 Couture platforms.

Rihanna hasn’t wowed me in a long time, but when she was papped leaving Kanye West’s apartment in New York on May 22, she completely redeemed herself by wearing a stunning nude and black corset dress from Alexander Wang’s Pre-Fall 2009 collection. Rihanna wore the dress with a silver metallic Erva “Razza” tote and black Jil Sander platform heels
($680).
Paris Hilton followed in Rihanna’s footsteps and wore the same corset dress a few days later when she arrived for a taping of the Late Show With David Letterman in New York on June 1st. Paris opted to wear her favorite It shoe of the moment, the YSL Trib Two heels, and the popular House of Harlow 1960 Resin Necklace
($125) with her dress.
I like the dress on both (probably because it was one of my favorites from Wang’s Pre-Fall collection), but I prefer it on Rihanna. She fills it out better and was more creative choosing her accessories. Who’s your favorite?

I think it’s officially safe to say that I am totally obsessed with Hilary Rhoda. This is the third time within 5 weeks that she won “Celebrity Look of the Day“. Sorry, but I can’t help it. She’s so beautiful and once again looked head-to-toe perfect, I just couldn’t pass upon her.
Hilary attended the 37th Annual FiFi Awards, the Oscars for the fragrance industry, wearing a champagne Jacques Fath strapless dress which had origami pleats on the bustier. Her standout accessories were from Erickson Beamon
and she carried a VBH clutch. I especially adored her gorgeous chandelier earrings and her Jimmy Choo “Verity” strappy sandals. LOVE!

STUNNING. Kerry Washington took my heart by storm in this nude strapless Zuhair Murad fishtail gown. Kerry attended the screening of Coco Chanel & Igor Stravinsky wearing a Spring 2009 design which had a tulle hem and black floral embroideries on the entire dress. Flawless makeup and a gorgeous filigree gold cuff completed Kerry’s ensemble. What a great final impression she made to close the Cannes Film Festival! Brava!
