Second fashion faceoff for today! Yay! ANTM winner Eva Marcille arrived on the red carpet of the 40th NAACP Image Awards on February 12, 2009 looking glamourous in a beautiful blue strapless lace gown from the Fall 2009 collection by Jean Fares Couture, an up and coming Lebanese designer. Eva wore her hair in a sleek updo with stunning diamond earrings and a silver clutch.
Marisol, member of Horoscopos de Durango, was the second to wear this couture dress when she attended Univision’s Premio Lo Nuestro a La Musica Latina Awards 2009 on March 26, 2009 in Florida. Marisol decided against wearing the blue silk bow and instead opted for a matching blue box clutch to finish her look.
Eva sure knows how to strike a pose. She looked way more elegant than Marisol who looked like she could have a wardrobe malfunction any moment. Eva’s sleek updo and the stunning subtle jewelry finally won me over, so Eva wins this for me. What about you? Is it Eva or Marisol for you?

Back in January, Ginnifer Goodwin attended the premiere of “Big Love” Season 3 in a beautiful ivory Camilla and Marc mini dress which had lace inserts and tiered ruffles going allover the dress. The actress completed her look with an elegant updo, opaque tights and black pointy pumps.
Kim Kardashian wore the same Camilla and Marc dress when she attended Tori Spelling’s “Mommywood” Release Book Party on April 13, 2009 in Beverly Hills. Kim opted out of wearing tights with this dress and instead went for bare legs and cute beige peep-toe slingbacks.
I like the dress on both girls, but even though the tights kind of bite with the romantic nature of the Camilla and Marc dress I’d still vote for Ginnifer because I think it suits her style better. Who’s your favorite?

Gwyneth Paltrow had an outstanding roll fashionwise when she was doing her Iron Man promo tour last year. The actress wore an array of amazing, sexy dresses – one of which was this black lace Stella McCartney mini dress from her Fall 2008 collection. Black Louboutin pumps and a small gold box clutch topped off Gwyneth’s seducing look.
Kristen Stewart wore the same, sultry dress during a photoshoot for GQ for their November 2008 issue. It’s a very unusual dress for the young newcomer actress as we are more used to seeing her in quirky dresses running errands in Converse chucks. But I quite like this new sexy look on Kristen.
This is a very tough fashion faceoff this time. The dress is AMAZING to begin with and both ladies pull it off easily. I think I’ll go with Gwyneth this time, but really it’s just a personal preference. I’m looking forward to how Kristen’s style will evolve in the future.
