Khloe Kardashian is the latest to join Alexander Wang’s goddess dress fanbase. The Kardashian sister wore the eggplant-hued dress at the Famous Cupcakes Store Grand Opening in Beverly Hills yesterday. Khloe finished her look with shiny sleek hair and a pair of lovely Christian Louboutin lace ankle boots.
I think this dress suits rather curvy women, so Tamsin is out of consideration (I also don’t like her hair here). It all comes down to Blake or Khloe and I think I’ll have to go with Khloe as she overall looks more polished than Blake and because I think the turquoise bracelet on Blake looks totally off. What do you think?

LaLa Vasquez was the second to wear this sexy cutout dress at the premiere of . She paired her LBD with an oversized black Alexander McQueen bow clutch and the newly coveted Alexander McQueen peep-toe zipper booties

Fergie was on promo tour with The Black Eyed Peas and opted for the same Alexander Wang LBD at the launch party of their new album The E.N.D. in Paris on June 25, 2009. Her outfit was finished off with a chunky silver cuff and black Giuseppe Zanotti for Balmain Swarovski Crystal Sandals

Even though Khloe chose the most boring shoes (no offense, Monsieur Louboutin!), I still like the dress on her best because it hugs her curves in all the right places and the sleek hair looks super sexy as well. What I also liked about Khloe’s look is that you could see the front mesh inlay which was hidden by hair in LaLa’s and Fergie’s case (shame on you, it’s the detail that stands out most!). Amber Tamblyn attended the Whitney Museum Annual Art Party and Auction in New York a few weeks ago looking chic in a monochrome Alice + Olivia colorblock dress which she accessorized with black sheer tights, black patent pumps and a matching black clutch.
Khloe Kardashian wore the same two-tone dress at the Three-O Bubble Vodka Launch Party in New York 2 days ago. Khloe opted out of wearing the belt with the dress and instead jazzed it up with a pair of enviable black Giuseppe Zanotti open-toe booties

I like that both women went with a bare neckline and didn’t overaccessorize the dress. Amber styled it in an elegant way while Khloe went the funky route. However there are things I dislike about both looks. Amber would have looked so much better without the black tights and Khloe should’ve worn the belt as it would have given her a more defined silhouette. In the end I prefer Amber over Khloe. What about you?
