Khloe Kardashian wore one of my favorite dresses from Alexander Wang’s Pre-Fall 2009 collection when she attended the “Spring Bling” Benefit Party in Las Vegas a few weeks ago. Black patent Louboutin pumps completed her look.

LaLa Vasquez was the second to wear this sexy cutout dress at the premiere of . She paired her LBD with an oversized black Alexander McQueen bow clutch and the newly coveted Alexander McQueen peep-toe zipper booties ($1.159) (previously seen on Amerie and Rihanna).

Fergie was on promo tour with The Black Eyed Peas and opted for the same Alexander Wang LBD at the launch party of their new album The E.N.D. in Paris on June 25, 2009. Her outfit was finished off with a chunky silver cuff and black Giuseppe Zanotti for Balmain Swarovski Crystal Sandals ($1.745).

Even though Khloe chose the most boring shoes (no offense, Monsieur Louboutin!), I still like the dress on her best because it hugs her curves in all the right places and the sleek hair looks super sexy as well. What I also liked about Khloe’s look is that you could see the front mesh inlay which was hidden by hair in LaLa’s and Fergie’s case (shame on you, it’s the detail that stands out most!). Back in December when Marisa Tomei was on promo tour for “The Wrestler” she attended the LA premiere wearing an electric blue Alexander McQueen shift dress which she accessorized with a black McQueen box clutch and L.A.M.B. pumps.

Fast forward to the American Idol Season 8 Grand Finale and you have Fergie opting for the same eye-popping blue Alexander McQueen dress. However Fergie modified her dress and shortened it to show off her enviable legs. Silver strappy heels and matching silver bangles.

OK, so Fergie might not be a high fashion darling, but one thing she knows and this is how to maximize her assets. She made the dress sexy by shortening it and her silver strappy heels looked divine with the dress. Fergie wins by a landmark (I still love you, Marisa!).

Best Dressed – Leighton Meester

Green is my favorite color and I just loooove how green looks on a brunette. So it’s no wonder that Leighton Meester was clearly the best dressed for me at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. Leighton was wearing an amazing green Lanvin dress from the Spring 2008 collection. She accessorized with a thin brown belt and black peep-toe platform slingbacks.

Hayden Panettiere

Hayden Panettiere showed up in a pink and white watercolor silk strapless dress which reminded me of an ice cream swirl. The actress was looking very elegant & grown up.

Does anyone know who Hayden’s make-up artist is? Her make-up is ALWAYS flawless and she looks always amazing.

Worst Dressed – Fergie

Fergie didn’t do herself a favor when she chose to wear this pink printed maxi dress from the Etro Spring 2008 collection. The shape of the dress and the low slung belt really do no good to maximize her assets (her legs).

Alicia Keys

Songstress Alicia Keys not only sported a nice summery strapless floor-length gown, but also some very unflattering deodorant stains under her arms. I can’t believe this could happen to a celebrity? Didn’t she check a mirror before starting to walk the red carpet? Must’ve been an embarassing moment for the soul diva when she found out about the stains.

Ashanti often doesn’t seem to get it right when it comes to dressing appropriate for red carpet occasions, so imagine my delight when I saw her wearing this amazing pink belted black satin dress.

This is the perfect kind of dress for Ashanti & it works wonders on her. She couldn’t have done any better. Thumbs up for wearing the pink highlights on all the right places (belt, lips, shoes and jewelry). Gorgeous.

Ashlee Simpson arrived at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Party with new red hair and a somewhat tiring knitted gold turtle neck dress. She teamed the dress with nude pumps and a fire-red clutch.

Dita von Teese was the epitome of glamour in a white embellished ensemble from the Christian Dior Spring 2008 collection. Stunning indeed and a little bit over the top for this kind of event, but that’s Dita. Never been a fan of understatement.

Dita finished off her look with matching white pumps. Her red lips and the black retro curls perfectly contrast with her white outfit.

Lindsay Lohan

Wild child Lindsay Lohan showed off her new darker do in a flirty turquoise one-shoulder bubble dress and gold peep-toes. The dress itself is a bit on the boring side, but the color is stunning on LiLo, especially with the dark brown hair.

Lindsay should pay more attention to what metallics she wears with her outfit next time. She chose to wear gold peep-toe shoes, but at the same time accessorized her dress with silver jewelry. I’m not a fan of mixing metals. A total No-Go for me.

Don’t even get me started on the spray tan…

Rihanna is known for taking fashion risks. Unfortunately for her, this printed floor-length gown did not pay off. I hope she does better with her Grammys dress.

Actress Christina Applegate looks amazing in this cobalt blue strapless gown. I LOVE the color on her — it perfectly compliments her eyes and the blonde hair.

If only she would’ve picked a nice pair of black suede peeptoes instead.

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens rocked the red carpet in this golden sequined Marc Bouwer mini dress. I love everything about her outfit.

Unlike her co-star Ashley Tisdale, Baby V got everything right with the embellishments. From head to toe Vanessa is looking all fab. Keep it that way, V!

Beyoncé Knowles

Beyoncé always tends to overdress to such events as she has a soft spot for extravagant red carpet dresses. I’m on the verge of hating this golden House of Dereon dress, but for some reason I don’t. I guess I like it because of its color and the beautiful royal blue that peeps out of the pleated top half of the dress. Beyoncé manages to make it work for her.

Hate the jewelry though. Too much sparkling and glittering. Bleh!

Fergie’s great legs are perfectly showcased in this shortened version of a Dsquared Spring 2008 maxi dress.

LOVE the neckline and the hair! The shoes are cute as well.
