Keep hitting the F5 on your keyboard from time to time as I will be updating this post throughout the night. Best Dressed are here.

Rachel Weisz

Rating: ★½☆☆☆

It pains me to put Rachel Weisz in here, but she got it all wrong. Her lilac strapless Vera Wang tulle gown totally washed her out, the make-up was waaaay too dark (OMG!@ berry lips) and why, oh why, is that yellow fabric peeking out from under the hem? Sorry, Rachel, you can do so much better.

Kate Beckinsale

Kate Beckinsale wearing a navy Marchesa Fall 2009 ruffled tulle gown

Rating: ★½☆☆☆

I’ve had enough with Kate Beckinsale. Her Marchesa Fall 2009 navy tulle gown was, as you would expect from Kate, over the top and unnecessary. I have never liked this dress in the first place, but seeing it on Kate makes it even worse because she ALWAYS plays it safe and never moves out of her comfort zone.

Rihanna

Rating: ★★☆☆☆

Rihanna, please stop trying so hard. Don’t get me wrong, I love the runway look, but Rihanna makes it look so desperate for attention and so silly I can’t stand it.

I also find it always were amusing when at prestigious events such as the Costume Institute Gala where women are expected to wear beautiful, feminine princess dresses there are always 1 or 2 witty female individuals who opt out of this dress code. These women think they will come off so edgy and anti-establishment when they wear something super masculine like a suit or a tuxedo for example. GENIUS, girl! I bet no one else EVER had the same idea.

Leighton Meester

Rating: ★★☆☆☆

Imagine Leighton Meester‘s outfit without the leggings and you have a Best Dressed candidate. Leighton’s head-to-toe Louis Vuitton Fall 2009 look is a perfect example when too much becomes too bad. Such a shame!

Anne Hathaway

Rating: ★★½☆☆

Anne Hathaway channelled 60s Jackie O chic and me no likey. I love Anne just as anybody else, but this eggplant Marc Jacobs bubbly dress does absolutely nothing for her. Not digging the hair and shoes as well.

Emma Roberts

Emma Roberts wearing a red Atelier Versace Spring 2009 bubble-shaped mini dress

Rating: ★★½☆☆

I know a lot of you will not agree with me for putting Emma Roberts on the Worst Dressed list, but let me try to get my point across. I absolutely ADORE this red bubble-shaped Atelier Versace Spring 2009 mini dress. In fact it’s one of my favorite from that collection. But you can tell from a mile away that this dress was the wrong choice for Emma. It’s a dress for a SUPERMODEL! And even then I think it would be quite tricky to pull it off because of the shape. Emma looks weird and unsure of herself, the dress owns her. Not good.

Why did Donatella give it away for Emma? I mean, come on! I would have LOVED to see it on Gisele, Linda or Naomi. They would have done this dress justice.

Best Dressed

Cameron Diaz

Cameron Diaz in Michael Kors top, Seven for All Mankind jeans & DSQUARED² shoes at the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★★★☆

Cameron Diaz was my Best Dressed at the Kids’ Choice Awards yesterday. It was such a cute casual ensemble, I really loved it. Cameron, styled by Rachel Zoe, wore a polka dot Michael Kors top with a pair of distressed Seven for All Mankind jeans and to-die-for DSQUARED² peep-toes.

P.S.: Cameron has the best legs in Hollywood. Period. I am so envious.

Ashley Tisdale

Ashley Tisdale wearing a black Akiko Ogawa Fall 2008 dress at the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★★½☆

Ashley Tisdale was runner-up for Best Dressed. The HSM star wore a black Akiko Ogawa Fall 2008 dress which had embellishments on the skirt. Ashley completed her chic look with a pair of black peep-toe ankle booties. A great look for her, I like the darker locks!

America Ferrera

America Ferrera wearing a red dress at the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★★½☆

America Ferrera was yet another of my favorites in her raspberry colored ruched dress. It’s so great to see America wearing a bold color, I wish she would wear it more often.

Miranda Cosgrove

Miranda Cosgrove wearing a black and white Sonia Rykiel dress to the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★★½☆

Miranda Cosgrove went the cute route by wearing this black and white heart-printed Sonia Rykiel dress which she paired with black bow pumps.

Keke Palmer

Rating: ★★★½☆

Keke Palmer opted for an eggplant-hued leather mini dress which she wore with black black patent pumps.

Victoria Justice

Victoria Justice in a purple dress at the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★★☆☆

Victoria Justice was pretty in a purple satin dress which she wore under a black Alice + Olivia blazer with a wide studded belt. Victoria completed her look with black ankle booties and a large silver clutch.

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus in a white tiered strapless Sheri Bodell dress at the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★★☆☆

Miley Cyrus wore a white Sheri Bodell tiered maxi dress which probably wasn’t slime-proof. This was a cute look for Miley, though I wish she’d worn a more casual ensemble this time.

Worst Dressed

Paula Abdul

Paula Abdul - Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★½☆☆☆

Paula Abdul rarely gets it right on the red carpet and this time was no exception. Paula went for an accessory overkill by pairing mesh gloves, various chain and spike necklaces and a feathered headpiece together. If she would’ve left those out, she would’ve looked pretty decent.

Tori Spelling

Tori Spelling wearing a floral printed maxi dress at the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★☆☆☆

Such a shame to see Tori Spelling on the Worst Dressed list because if it wasn’t for the busy floral print Tori would’ve scored a perfectly fine look. I especially loved her necklace. Too bad!

Vanessa Hudgens

Vanessa Hudgens wearing black Cowboy Boots at the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★☆☆☆

I’m also surprised to see Vanessa Hudgens here as she usually is very consistent on the red carpet. I didn’t mind her casual look until I saw her chunky black cowboy boots which ruined it all. Eeeeeew!

Megan Fox

Megan Fox - Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★☆☆☆

I’m so bored of Megan Fox‘ grey ensemble I don’t even want to explain why I hate it. Her beauty is such a waste if she keeps dressing like that.

Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato in a gold Ina Soltani dress at the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★½☆☆

Demi Lovato‘s gold and silver strapless dress didn’t do anything for me. The different metallics make it appear dirty. Her YSL Tributes are the only thing I like about her look.

So So / Just OK

Amber Valletta

Amber Valletta wearing a grey printed Preen Fall 2009 tunic dress at the Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★½☆☆

Even Amber Valletta can’t make me love this grey tunic dress. A belt would have made a huge difference.

Emma Roberts

Emma Roberts - Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★½☆☆

REMEMBER: Lace under a red underlay looks incredibly cheap. Emma Roberts, take notice!

Brenda Song

Brenda Song - Kids Choice Awards 2009

Rating: ★★½☆☆

Brenda Song opted for a yellow satin dress which had an embellished neckline.
