Debra Messing looked radiant in this royal blue Black Halo Keyhole Ruffle Sleeve Sheath Dress when she attended the Avakian Beverly Hills Boutique Celebration on December 4th, 2008. Debra completed her look with an orange necklace, a gold box clutch and a pair of multicolored Brian Atwood “Marielle” satin pumps.
A few days later, Lisa Rinna wore the same Black Halo dress to the release party of her DVD “Dance Body Beautiful” on December 9th, 2008 with a matching blue bracelet and gold slingback peep-toes.
Debra easily wins because she a) accessorized better (necklace, shoes & clutch), b) her body is curvier making the dress sit better on her and c) because she is so much more natural which is generally better than looking like you live in a plastic surgery clinic.

I’m not an American citizen and therefore am not allowed to vote (unfortunately), but since the presidential campaign draws a lot of international attention and is crucial not only to the USA but to the whole world, I’ve got all excited about creating an adequate red, white and blue outfit I’d love to wear on election day which is on November 4th, 2008 in case you didn’t know!
