Would you be at ease wearing a short gown though? Those events always scream long dress for me.
I think I would even though it’s kinda easy to say that without having to prove it actually, haha
I love evening gowns just as much as every girl, but a short frock would make a greater impact at such an event where everyone is concerned to dress and behave according to the norm I think. And who does NOT want to stand out from the rest (in a positive manner, of course 
)?
I love the look, but the shoes bring it down. The shoes just make the whole look frumpy….
I know what you mean, Lower, but I chose them purposely because I wanted to give the look a bit of an edge, something “hard” so it won’t look too cutesy, you know? And I just love these Jil Sander heels, they look gorgeous.
