At the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards last year, House actress Jennifer Morrison arrived on the red carpet wearing a beautiful gold lamé asymmetrical gown from Marchesa’s Spring 2009 collection. The dress had a train and was beautifully draped on the hip and shoulder. Jennifer accessorized her golden look with a matching clutch, gold peep-toes and an adorable serpent cuff. What also captivated me about Jennifer’s look was her flawless hair and makeup. Jennifer was literally glowing and her hair had this beautiful shiny effect. LOVE!
Georgina Chapman chose to wear the same Grecian inspired goddess dress when she attended the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS 2009 Gala during this year’s Cannes Film Festival. Georgina completed her look similar to Jennifer with a gold clutch, gold bangles and a pair of platinum gold Christian Louboutin Galaxy Pass heels ($1.195).
Both look stunning and even though I adore Georgina’s killer Louboutins, I think I’ll go with Jennifer on this one because of her super glowy makeup. Whom do you prefer in that dress?
