Amy Adams was drop-dead gorgeous in her black strapless Oscar De La Renta Spring 2009 gown at the Golden Globe Awards this year. There was something magical about that dress and Amy looked absolutely enchanting in it. I wasn’t sure if it was the dress that made all the magic happen or the combination of both. I think I came to the conclusion that EVERYONE would’ve looked this good if given the chance to wear such an amazing dress.
Then I saw Pamela Silva wearing the same dress to the Lo Nuestro a La Musica Latina Awards yesterday and for some strange reason the dress lost all its sparkle for me. There was nothing that captivated me about Pamela’s look. It’s not that Pamela didn’t look pretty, but I just didn’t feel the magic like when I saw it on Amy the first time.
Clear decision for me: AMY, AMY, AMY! Her emerald earrings alone would have convinced me to give her my vote (♥).
UPDATE: The woman now named Pamela Silva was wrongly labeled as Ilia Calderon by me (thanks for the id, Jay!).

you are right. The picture agencies labeled this woman as Ilia Calderon, so I supposed this to be right since I did not know her or Ilia Calderon. I’m trying to identify the woman above now, but am not very successful since everyone seems to have got her name wrong.
Do you happen to know that woman’s name? I’m going to correct the name as soon as I find out who she is.

No problem, I looked it up myself and found that many of this same actress/model’s pictures are labeled under Ilia Calderon’s name. I’d say there was another Ms Calderon out there, but it’s the same picture over and over, which leads me to believe it’s the agency’s fault. I wish I could find out who it is. THANK YOU so much for the id. I combed through what must have been about 20 sites or more to identify her, but I either didn’t find pictures of her or she was labeled as Ilia Calderon. I’m going to correct my fault now. Thanks again!
