If this isn’t the most heavenly piece of garment on earth I don’t know what is. Love at first sight. OMG! I’m soooo in love with this sultry vintage pencil dress. Can anyone please spare me $300 so I can call this lovely thing mine?

This sparkling gold sequin mini dress by Jovani
was one of three stunning frocks Carrie Underwood wore at the Movie Rocks Awards in Hollywood on December 2nd. Back in August 2007, socialite Kim Kardashian was all glam in the same dress at the Celebrity Catwalk For Charity event.
Both girls wore the dress in a similar fashion, but who wore it better? Kim or Carrie? You decide.
