I adore this dress, especially the ruffles and the golden belt. Hilary (or her stylist?) chose the perfect jewelry for the dress - minimalistic and simple. Perfect.

German actress Diane Kruger made an extremely skinny appearance at a promo event for her newest flick “National Treasure: Book of Secrets” in Tokyo a few days ago. Nonetheless, she was a glaring beauty wearing a fabulous short snow white dress from the Chanel Couture Fall 2006 collection.

Diane completed her icy ensemble with a pair of beige patent Mad Mary Janes by Christian Louboutin. Love the contrast!
